In the heart of the United States sits the quiet, restful town of Leighford. Its a close-knit community where everybody knows everybody and newsor gossiptravels fast. The peaceful place certainly is not a likely crime scene, but thats what it becomes one rainy night in September when a black Cadillac comes speeding through, chased by the police. One of the cops is Leighford transplant Michelle Matthews, and she is ultimately the one who catches up to the rogue Cadillac. She takes a shot at the driver, too late realizing that the driver is her sister Kates new boyfriend. Instead of shooting him, Michelle shoots Kate. Disasters abound as the small town is soon awash in blood and mystery. Although Michelles sister survives the gunshot, Michelle starts down a path of vengeance on a hunt for Kates mysterious boyfrienda psychopath with a penchant for quoting Shakespeare. Shell do anything to stop this criminal, even if she ends up going above the law. Will she catch the man responsible for unimaginable horrors, or will she end up a victim of the evil that surrounds him?
