The main purpose of this paper is to make you familiar with the process of implementing new software (SAP = Standard Application Program) given the mandatory endorsement of a heavyweight consultant company. SAP is one of the most leading software programs running in international companies. My story consists of satirical elements, therefore I deliberately chose the subtitle “Boon or Bane”; it is based upon personal experiences made during the years of 2004 ff.
