Murder after murder in Detroit unites an unlikely assortment of characters to solve the murder by proxy affair. From hoity-toity LA and forcibly transitioned to blue-collar Detroit, Nicholas Charles III, great-grandson of the famed Thin Man, spearheads the charge from his recently renovated biergarten, Polkaholics. Joined by a reformed hooker and a sextuplet group of misfits, the son of a son of the Thin Man leads his hodgepodge crew against a terrorist attack on his country.

A yet to be identified evil force releases its mercenaries on the Motor City with the idea that the city’s financial woes would make for an easy unfettered base of operation. Little did they know who they are up against. The vagabond sleuthing team are street smart folks and wise to the skullduggery perpetrated by the unwary assailants. As any of our good guys would say, “Not on our watch, not while we’re around. Nope. No, sir, and no doubt, no one comes into our house to poison us. Oops, wait a minute, we were already poisoning ourselves. How could that be?”

To find out how to poison the already poisoned, read Murder by Proxy. You’ll see how we did it, how they did it, and how it can be stopped. The means is right in front of your noses. The motive is greed, hatred, and ignorance. And the opportunities are twenty-five million strong.
