Acting on the information from a suspect captured in Algeria, Detective Geneviève Benoit and her partner Detective (Captain) Claude Lemieux begin tracking the movement of members of ‘Papillion Transport’, a mysterious shipping firm transporting drugs throughout the Mediterranean.
