Living on the Other Side of Yes is a personal invitation to journey through the “process” to a life of submission to God. The other side of yes represents a state of mind rather than a physical location; and getting there can be challenging. In life, we sometimes experience difficult seasons that cause us to cry out to God, “Why me?” In this book, Crystal Valina Lowe bares her heart and shares personal insight and wisdom gained while going through her process with God. There is an end to the process, and for many, it all starts with a yes.

Crystal Valina Lowe was born and raised in Lackawanna, New York and resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. She currently serves on the ministerial staff at Judah Temple A.M.E. Zion Church in Mitchellville, Maryland and has ministered overseas in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Rev. Lowe finds fulfillment serving as a volunteer advocate for victims of sexual assault. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland, and a Masters of Theological Studies degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, District of Columbia. In 1998, she published her first book, A Higher Calling.
