People do not respond to even the best planned learning plan in exactly the way we want. So this book is not about the technical, process oriented view of learning. We are not going to explore how to write a better learning objective or structure a better lecture. What we are going to do is look at learning from the perspective of regular people, non-educators, who succeeded in life to one degree or another, and have something to share from their perspectives.
