Cabbage soup diet is probably one of the best-known diets in the world without any controversy! In fact, I believe that everybody who has ever needed to shed a few or a lot of pounds must have tried it or thought about trying it at some point.

Anyway, I want to say that by the way,there is some truth in that and I dare say that the way of cooking cabbage soup to make it very effective for weight loss is simply to boil it in water, add a pinch of salt and that's it. 

Well, if the truth be told, I will say that I have a hard time thinking of anything that can taste more disgusting than this soup.

Yes, you can actually have a raw cabbage salad to maximize the intake of vitamins K and C but I need to let you know that vitamin C is quickly destroyed at high temperatures so the more you cook the cabbage, the less chances you have to preserve its important vitamins when it comes to the cabbage soup!
