Claire Bryte Cloud and her parents travel with Juno Carver to Paris to help him find his runaway sister, Lily. Claire hopes for time with Juno on the trip but realistically plans to visit all the sites of Paris that she has dreamed of seeing. Juno shows signs of affection at times but retreats at others. On the trip Claire meets two interesting men - one who is with her travel group and one who is minding a shop for his cousin. She begins to see that all men aren't as cold and bewildering as Juno Carver. Juno does find his sister Lily but she manages to dodge him and the police and find her boyfriend Josh. Josh is in Paris to marry his fiancee Greta and Lily has hopes of stopping that. The rehearsal dinner for Greta and Josh turns into a huge brawl. Josh does leave his fiancee for Lily but he has no choice. Lily believes he loves her and they are finally to be together.
